History and Development of the Company We were incorporated on September 22, 1978 as Bonanza Red Lake Explorations Inc. under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) . During that period we also underwent several name changes, from Bonanza Red Lake Explorations Inc. to Eugenic Corp; from Eugenic Corp to Eagleford Energy Inc.; and from Eagleford Energy Inc. to Eagleford Energy Corp.
