Intrinsiqq is a stock analysis platform that provides quality scores, DCF valuations, financial data, and screening tools based on public SEC EDGAR filings and market price data.
Intrinsiqq is not a financial advisor. The information provided is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer of any financial product. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Financial data is sourced from public SEC EDGAR filings and from a small number of third-party providers of market data, news, and company logos. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data is complete, current, or error-free. Quality scores, valuations, and other computed metrics are algorithmic estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.
Some data is supplied by third-party providers and remains subject to their own terms. It is made available to you for personal, non-commercial use only, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and may not be redistributed, resold, or used to build a competing product. Those providers are not liable for your use of their data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and must not share your account with others.

The Service and all of its content, including the Intrinsiqq name and branding, the user interface and design, and all quality scores, valuations, screens, rankings, and other computed metrics, together with the underlying models and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial investment research. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Service, or use it to build or train a competing product, except as expressly permitted by these terms or applicable law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Feature limits and pricing are described on the website and may change with notice. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the terms presented at checkout.
Promotional and partner discount codes. We may offer discount codes through partner channels (e.g. content creators participating in our affiliate program). Eligibility, value, and expiry of each code are shown at checkout. Codes are not stackable with other promotions and may be revoked at our discretion if abused.
We may pay commissions to third parties (“Partners”) who refer paid subscribers to us. If you arrive via a partner link, we attribute your account to that partner so we can compute their commission. We share no personal information with Partners; they receive only aggregate counts and a commission amount. Partner attribution does not change the price you pay (except where a partner discount code is applied at checkout) and does not affect your rights under these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intrinsiqq and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intrinsiqq and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, your infringement of any third-party right, or your reliance on any data or computed metric obtained from the Service.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
