## About

Intrinsiqq turns raw SEC EDGAR XBRL filings into investor-ready analysis. The core data pipeline:
- Pulls company facts directly from data.sec.gov (no third-party financial data resellers)
- Computes TTM (trailing twelve months) figures from the four most recent 10-Q / 10-K filings
- Applies sector-aware adjustments for banks, REITs, and insurance companies
- Splits-adjusts price history using Marketstack EOD data
- Renders company logos via Logo.dev

Methodology is fully published and auditable — see `/methodology` for every formula, weight, and edge case.

## Scoring summary

**Quality score (0–8):** 8 equally weighted binary checks across valuation (P/E vs sector median), revenue growth (YoY TTM), gross margin trend, operating margin, ROIC vs WACC, debt/equity, interest coverage, and free cash flow margin. Each check scores 1 if the company passes the threshold, 0 if not.

**DCF fair value:** 10-year two-stage DCF. Stage 1 uses analyst-estimated or EDGAR-derived revenue CAGR; Stage 2 uses a terminal growth rate (default 3%). Discount rate defaults to 10%. Three scenarios: conservative (−30% growth haircut), base, optimistic (+30% growth uplift). Output is per-share intrinsic value vs current price.

**Dividend score (0–10):** Weighted composite of yield (2 pts), payout ratio safety (2 pts), 5-year dividend CAGR (2 pts), dividend coverage by FCF (2 pts), and streak of consecutive dividend payments (2 pts). Higher is more sustainable.

**Data freshness:** EDGAR filings synced daily. TTM computed from the most recent four quarters. Price data updated daily via Marketstack.

## Crawler policy

- AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Apple Intelligence, Meta AI, Cohere) are explicitly welcome to ingest and cite public pages.
- Do not crawl `/api/`, `/auth/`, or any user-specific routes (`/watchlist`, `/portfolio`, `/screener`, `/home`).
